Terms & Conditions — Juicy Couture Fragrance Competition

1. Promoter

This competition is promoted by the authorised South African distributor of Juicy Couture Fragrances, in association with Topshelf Digital ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years and over. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter, its agencies, and associated companies are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on the date published on the competition landing page and closes at 23:59 SAST on the published closing date. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

Purchase any Juicy Couture fragrance from a participating South African retailer during the competition period.
Visit juicycouturefragrance.topshelf.co.za or scan the QR code provided at point of sale.
Upload a clear photograph of the purchased fragrance and the original till slip / proof of purchase.
Complete the entry form with your personal details.
Agree to these Terms & Conditions and submit your entry.

Each qualifying purchase equals one (1) entry. Multiple entries from separate qualifying purchases are permitted, provided each is accompanied by a unique till slip.

5. Qualifying Products

Any Juicy Couture branded fragrance product (Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, rollerball, travel size, or gift set) purchased from a participating South African retailer qualifies for entry. This includes, but is not limited to:

Viva La Juicy Elixir Eau de Parfum
Viva La Juicy Noir Eau de Parfum
Just Moi Eau de Parfum
OUI Juicy Couture Eau de Parfum
Juicy Couture Eau de Parfum

6. Prize

The winner(s) will receive a curated collection of three (3) Juicy Couture fragrances. The exact prize composition will be determined by the Promoter. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

7. Winner Selection

Winner(s) will be randomly selected from all valid entries after the competition closing date. The winner will be notified via the mobile number and/or email address provided at entry within seven (7) business days of the draw.

8. Proof of Purchase

Entrants must retain their original till slip. The Promoter reserves the right to request additional verification. Invalid, illegible, or fraudulent submissions may result in disqualification.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal information collected during this competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting winners. Information will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent, except as required by law or to fulfil the competition.

If the entrant opts in to marketing communications, their details may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter and its partners. Entrants may opt out at any time.

10. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these terms.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this competition at any time without prior notice, if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
The Promoter's decision regarding any matter related to this competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
This competition is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and is subject to the Consumer Protection Act, No. 68 of 2008.

11. Participating Retailers

Clicks, Dis-Chem, Edgars, Foschini, Truworths, Woolworths, Superbalist, Takealot, and other authorised fragrance retailers in South Africa.
